
PICK UP POLICY
We are pleased to offer convenient pick-up options for our customers. Please review our pick-up policy to ensure a smooth and efficient experience:
Pick-Up Days and Times: Pick-up is available on Tuesdays and Fridays during the following time slots:

Morning: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Afternoon: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Order Processing and Lead Time: To guarantee the availability of your items, we require a lead time of 3 days for order processing. Please place your orders as early as possible to secure your desired items before they run out.
Pick-Up Location: Our pick-up location is at Ahava Baptist Church: 6015 W Farkas Rd. Plant City, FL 33567. We kindly ask that you pick up your items during these times.
Pick-Up Instructions:

Please make sure to complete your payment before pick-up to ensure your order is ready.

When you arrive, park in front of the building on the left.

A staff member will be ready to assist you. If no one is outside, just ring the bell and we’ll be right with you.

Let our staff know your name for pick-up.

Changes and Cancellations:
Modifications: Any modifications must be made by contacting us directly at 813-291-4610 or gracie@dogearbakingco.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Within 48 hours of the pick-up time, modifications will not be accepted.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% fee.
Missing the Pick-Up Time:

If you miss your morning pick-up time, you can come by during the afternoon time.

If you miss your pick-up time entirely, your items will be donated to a local fire or police station, and you will lose your payment.
